Mr. Treasurer acquainted this Comittee that
Sr . Wm. Ogbourn< no role > & himself have been lately
at Clay Tye Farm & Viewd the New buildings
& Works there & laid before the Committee a
particular of what has been either to expended
there & further informed ye Committee that there is
a Necessity for further disbursments there

Mr Treasurer is desired to give directions
for the doing such further works at the said
Farme as he finds necessary
