Minutes of last Grand Comittee held the 16th: Decemr:
last read and approved.

Mr. Gayler the Tenant of Denham Durdent
attended and proposed to take a new Lease for
21 Years from Michas 1733 when the Prsent
terme expires & offered £1550 fine and the
Prsent rent of £51 P Ann which is not thought
Sufficient offer

Several persons attended & proposed to take
a Lease of the Six Houses belonging to this Hospl:
in Distaff Lane but their proposals being too low
were rejected. And the Committee who last
view'd the same having Reported their opinion
thereof to this Comittee It is Resolved
That the said Houses be furthwith repair'd
at the Hospl: Charge & let to Tenants at Will

Aylbertons Pposal
abt ye house next to
[..] George Church


Aylberton attended & proposed to take
the House near St. Georges's Church late held
by Henry Foster< no role > and offerr'd £12 P Ann
and to hold at Will.

Report to Mr Trear


It is referr'd to Mr Trear to Litt the said
House to the said Aylburton if he hears a good
Character of him.
