Substantial Repairs. The Fine to be paid ½ on Signing
the Contract & the residue on delivery of the Lease.

the House behind it in Fleet Lane for a Lease of
21. Years from the expiration of the present Lease

Minutes of last Grand Committee held the
10th. instant were read & approved.

Matthew Manning< no role > being pressingly recomended
to be admitted a Pupil in this Hospl. And the
Apothecary to this House having had extraordinary
business in the Service thereof for some times
past by reason of the great number of Physitians
patients Ordered that the said Mr Manning
be Admitted to be a Supernumerary Pupil to
the said Apothecary

Mr Southouse Execr of Wm. Cooling< no role > deced
attended & proposed to take a Lease for 21
Years from Michas next when the present
Terme will expire of a House late the said
Mr. Coolings in Harp Row and proposed to Advance
£8. P Ann to the present rent which is £8. which
Proposal was rejected & he declared he would
give no more.

Mr Drink water attended & proposed to take
a new Lease of the House he lives in being the
Black lyon in Fleet Lane for 21. Years from the
expiration of the present Lease & offered £6. P
Ann clear rent & £100. Fine which was repeated

Mr. Branch attended & renewed his proposal
