Grand Committee Jovis 22o. June 1727 .

Minutes of last Grand Committee read & approved

The Treasurer acquainted the Committee that
in Pursuance of the Resolution of the last
Committee he had received £6120. due for the
Principal and Interest of the Bank Annuities
mentioned in that Resolution And had invested
£6068.15s. there of over and above £7.10s. for Brokage
in the Purchase of £6000. South Sea Annuities
which were taken in the Presidents and in
his own name which the Committee approved
of And the President and Treasurer now
Signed a Declaration of Trust of the said £6000.
South Sea Annuity which was Ordered to be
kept by the Clerk and the Declaration of Trust
of the said £6000. Bank Annuities paid off wch.
was Signed by the Treasurer was now cancelled

Mr. Snell our Clerk having informed us that
the Business of this Hospital was to great an
interruption of his Common Business and that
therefore he was obliged to resign his Office
thank'd the Committee in a most respectfull
manner for the great kindness they had
constantly show'd him Whereupon the
Committee express'd their satisfaction in his
faithfull Services during his continuance in
the said Office and unanimously returned him
their thanks for the same.
