Mr. Trear is desired to send Mr. Robt. Warner< no role >
of Bishops Storford to View the Houses and
Buildings at Hellions Bumstead in Essex.

Mr. Trear acquainting the Comittee that
there are some small repairs & beautifyings
wanting to the Parish Church of St. Thomas.

Ordered that the said work be done at
the Charge of the Hospital & Mr. Trear is
desired to take care thereof.

Ordered that Mr. Barttellott Mr Wyeth &
Mr. Malyn Junr. be added to the Committee
for making an Agreement with Mr. Engier
concerning the Ware houses under the New foul
Wards & Such other matters as are in dispute with
him.

It is Referred to the same Committee to treat with
Phipps Widdow of Robert Phipps< no role > deceased
touching an arreare of rent due from the sd. Robert
Phipps< no role > to the Hospital and the said Committee are
to act therein as they shall think adviseabble
