Fine to be paid as followeth £50. immediately & £80.
on delivering the Lease

He gave £1.1. to the Poors Box.

Mr. John Sanke< no role > the Tennt. of Hastinglye farme
Attended & Offered divers reason to be excused from
dividing a Field called Lombard Lees. Parcell of the
said Farme.

He further desired a Term of Timber Yearly to be
Assigned him for Gates & necessary repaires on the
said Farme.

It is recommended to Mr. Treasurer to enquire &
consider concerning the said requests and act therein
as he shall think & convenient.

Mr ColesFortrye< no role > who is Undertennant of the
Angell & Crown near Cheapside Conduit now held by
MrJodrell as Cheife Tennt. in right of
his Wife Daughter of John Davenport< no role > deceased and
Proposed to take a Lease of the said House for 21 Years
from the expiration of the present Lease which
will expire at Michas 1729. and to give the present
rent of £5.6.8 & pay £250. fine Which offer being
too low it was recommended to him to consider
further of it against the next meeting of the Comittee.

Mr. Sayer attended & proposed to take a
Lease of 7. Houses in Black & White Court in the
Old Barly for 21. Years from the expiration of the
Present Lease which expires at Michas 1730. &
offered £15. Clear rent & to put the Houses into
repair This matter was deferred till the next
Committee.

Mr. Richd. Saunders< no role > Attended on behalfe of
Mrs. Phipps Widdow of Mr. Wm. Phipps< no role > & proposed
to treat for a Lease of the Elephant & Castle in
Fleet Lane , the House known by the sign of the
five bells & the next house below it in the said
Lane and 2. Houses in the Old Baily One that
wherein Mr. Wm. Phipps< no role > lately lived & the said
Mrs. Phipps now lives & the other the Sign of the
Coffin & Plane being the next door But Mr Saunders
not being apprised of a Small House behind the
Elephant & castle & which its necessary should
