Change for 21. Years from Chras 1730. when the
Present Terme will expire offered £12. P Ann
clear rent Which Proposal was rejected.

Mr. John Cambden< no role > attended & proposed to
take a New Lease for 21. Years of the House in
Newgate Market in his Tenure from Christmas 1730.
when the Present Terme will expire And offered
£30. P Ann clear rent the present rent being £26.

The Consideration of this Proposal is deferred
till the next Grand Committee.

Minutes of last Grand Committee held 24th.
July last read and approved.

Mr. Cheselden one of the Surgeons attended
and acquainted the Committee that the Queen
had been pleas'd to speak to him to desire the
Governours of this House to Admit Mr.
Brinkman a Surgeon who is entertained in
his Maties Palace for the immediate Service
of the Household to have the priviledge of
seeing the Practice of Surgery in this Hospl.

This Committee with great Duly & readiness
complyed with her Maties. request and
Mr. Cheselden is desired to acquaint her Matie.
thereof.

Ordered that Green Staffs be sent to the
following Gentlemen vizt.

James Porter< no role > Esqr .
Robt. Hucks< no role > Esqr .}
on Mr. Treasurer's recommendn.

Mr. Trear acquainting the Committee that there
is a necessity for holding a Court Lynsters in
Hertfordshire & to have the Hospital Estate in that
County Viewed Sr . Wm. Ogbourn< no role > Mr. Paice
Mr Hollister & Mr. Depty Kendall are appointed
a Committee & desired to go accordingly.

Mr. Trear acquainted the Committee that
Mr. Malyn Senr. has a Lease of two Houses in the
Neighbourhood of this Hospital which he is willing
to surrender for the benefit of the Hospital upon
reasonable termes Mr. Treasurer Mr Lade and
Mr. Barttelott are appointed a Comittee & desired to
treat & agree wth. Mr. Malyn for a Surrender of the sd. Lease.
