1729 Propos'd for a further Terme of 21. Years
the Old Ground Rent of £5. P Ann and a Fine of
£225. One hundred Pounds to be paid at Sealing
the Contract and the remaining £125. at the Delivery
of the Lease & to Lay out in Substantial repairs
£100. at the least Which Proposall was Accepted

He gave to the Poor Box £5.5s.
