to be admitted to Serve the Hospital as their
Apothecary

The said Persons being put in nomination
Mr. Samuel Pearce< no role > was unanimously elected to be
Apothecary to this Hospital during the pleasure of
the Grand Committee or a General Court at the
usual Salary and on the usual Termes And he
was called in and acquainted with his Election

House.


Mr: Treasurer Mr Lade and Mr. Malyn are
desired to View the House now in Mr John Cowchers
Possession near the Hospital Foregate known
by the sign of the Rose and to Report the
Condition thereof to the next Grand Committee

Minutes of last Grand Committee of the
11th. instant were read and approved

Ordered that Green Staves be sento
Mr. John Elliot< no role > Recomended by Mr. Brain
Dr. John Budgen< no role > Recomended by Mr. Garland

Mr. Treasurer reported that Mr. Ablin the
Tennant of Clay Tye Farme had attended
the Committee to treat with him and had
signifyed his Consent to quit the Farme
immediately on having reasonable
allowance for his Improvement and Crop
or to Stay till Michaelmas and have Allowance
for improvement to be valued by indifferent
persons

The Sub Committee are desired to proceed
and Settle that Affair as they shall think
most advisable.

Mr. Edward Bond< no role > having alledged that
there is a mistake in the Agreement
he made concerning the Fine to be paid
for the two Houses in Black and while Court
he has agreed to take of this Hospital and
that he can give but 10. Guineas for that Fine
