of 21. Years of Two Houses in Fleet Lane in Possession
of Mrs. Lawrence and Mr. Spicer from the expiration
of the present Lease at Midsumer 1728. £10. P Ann
Tax free and a Fine of £140. to be paid at the
Sealing the Contract and to Repair the premisses
substantially at his own Costs within the first Year
of the Terme.

Mr. Masters Proposed for the same Terme in
the same premisses £10. P Ann Rent Tax free &
to pay a Fine of £50. & to repaire the premisses
substantially at his own Costs.

Mr. Franklins Proposall was Accepted and he
paid 1. Guinea into the poors Box.

deced for the same Terme and at and under the
same Rent and Covenants as are contained in
Sharpes Lease and that a Lease be executed to him
accordingly.

Mr. John Rabey proposed to take a New Lease
for 21. Years from Christmas 1728. (when the present
Lease expires) of a House in Finch Lane formerly
Lett to John Roove< no role > & his wife and to pay £200. Fine
£50. at the Sealing the Contract and the Remainder
on delivering the Lease and the old Ground rent of £4. P Ann
Tax free and to put and keep the premisses in good
repair at his own Charge.

Mr. Fradin propos'd for the same terme in the same
House £8. P Ann Rent & £105 Fine & to repaire the
premisses substantially with in the first Year.

Mr. Rabey's Proposal was accepted & he good
