prepared as to the termes the Consideration of the
matter was deferred till next Committee.

Ordered that the Carpenter & Bricklayer do
forthwith View the premisses and give Notice to
Mr. Jacob of the time in order to have his workmen
go with them and lay before the next Committee
a State of the Condition thereof and an Estimate
of the Damage Sustained.

Mr. Thomas Thomas< no role > one of the Executors of
Ralph Hyde< no role > in Trust for Mr. Hydes Children
renewed his Proposal to take a new Lease of
two Houses at St. Sepulchres lately burnt down
and rebuilt (the present Terme ending at Lady.
day 1738) at £20. P Ann rent Praying the Committee
to consider the Children of Mr Hyde in the terme
to be Granted but Signifyed his readiness to lett
any other Person take a New Lease in case the
Children were Considered Whereupon Mr Richd.
Saunders proposed to take a Lease of the said
premisses Subject to such kindness as the
Comittee should think fit to shew the Children
but desired time till the next Committtee to
perfect his Proposall and the matter was
deferred till then.

Mr. Thos. Aldern< no role > attended on behalfe of
Eliz: Ewen< no role > and Prayed a Lease of a House in
Harp Row now in the tenure of page
Undertennt. to Mr. Cooling (who sometime since
made an insufficient Offer for the same) and
proposed to have 21. Years from the end of
the present terme which will be at Michas
1728. And to pay the present Ground rent of £8.
P Ann & £130. Fine Which Proposal being
disapproved the said Mr. Aldern desired time till
the next Committee to consider further.

Mr. Gregory Attended on behalfe on Mr William
Wood
< no role > Undertennt . to Mr. Robts. plumstead and
tendred a proposal to take a Lease of a House
called the Sign of the Key on Snow Hill for a
terme of 61. Years including the present terme
wherein 22. Years are to come & Offering to pay
£10. P Ann & £70. Fine the House having been burnt
and lately rebuilt by the said Wood which
