have Notice to Attend the next Committee And he
promises to come then fully prepared to make his
proposal either for both the Houses Or for that only
which is in his own Possession.

The said Mr. Wilcocks Undertennt. of One of the said
Houses Proposed to take a Lease of the House in his
Possession for 21. Years at the Present Rent which he
Pays to Mr Parkes being £24. P Ann But expects the
Hospital to be at the Charge of Repairing it And
refuses to make any Proposal for both the Houses
The Comittee did not Approve his Offer And he is to
Consider further of it against next Comittee.

Mr. Trear Acquainted the Comittee That Mr. Horsey
One of Mr Lovell's Execrs. had brought him this Morning
£500. being Mr Lovell's Legacy Whereupon Mr Trear
was desired to propose to him to be One of the Govrs.
of this Hospital which Mr. Trear did accordingly
Sitting this Comittee and afterwards acquainted the
Comittee That Mr Horsey Thanked [..] them
for the favour intended him but desired at Present
to be excused from Accepting a Staff.

Proposals for the Two Houses in Fleet Lane
late in Lease to Mr Brydges which expired at
Chras 1724 at £4. P Ann Ground Rent now in the
Possession of Mr. Franklyn & Mr. Round or their
undertemt. The Rents whereof are abt. £28. P Ann

The said Mr. Franklyn Proposes for a Lease for 21. Years
£15. P Ann Tax free and to Lay out £40: in Repairs.

Freeman's Lease


Mr. Thomas Freeman< no role > Proposes Ten Pounds P Ann
Tax Free to Lay out £30. in Repaires & to Pay £150.
Fine for a Lease of 31. Years.

Mr. Moor Proposes Eight Pounds P Ann Rent And
to Lay out £150. in Repairs-Which Proposals were
Severally Considered And afterwards it was Agreed
to Grant a Lease of the said Houses to the said Thomas
Freeman
< no role > for 21. Years from Michas last at £10 P Ann
Rent Tax free for a Fine of One hundred & twenty
Pounds to be paid within a Fort night and he is to
Lay out £30. or upwards in Repaires

Sister of the Cutting
Ward Allowd 1s. P Week
towards Washing Linnen


He gave 10s.6d. to the Poors Box
Ordered that the Sister of the Cutting Ward be
Allowed One Shilling per Week for the time to come
over & above her present Allowances towards the
