the same when Two Cut; And had no Addition made to it
when Three were admitted to Cut,) should be inlarged upon
Mr. Tanners Admission as a Fourth Surgeon and being
Allowed to Cut for the Stone, Or should be Divided equally between
him, and the other Three Surgeons; The Committee now took
that matter into Consideration And were of Opinion That
the said Fifteen pounds should not be Inlarged; and
therefore Directed the same, to be paid equally to the
present Three Surgeons and Mr. Tanner's Execre., from
the said Lady Day 1723. to Christmas last.

Grand Committee Venis 30o. April 1725.

Minutes of last Grand Committee Read & Approved
Ordered that Mr.Mr. Halseys Tennant at
Orpington be Desired to Look into Crofton Heath
Wood where the Underwood is now felling by our
Tennant Mr Smith and to mark out what Storers and
Wavers are proper to be left standing and what
Timber Trees are fit to be felled and that the same
be Felled this Season if it be not too late And it is
Referred to Mr. Trear to give the Necessary Directions
therein.

Mr. Colyer requires Liberty to fell some Trees upon
the Wast at Alvethley towards Repaires of the
Houses and Buildings there which he Holds of the
Hospital Whereupon Mr. Trear is desired to Inquire
what Timber he wants and what Trees may be
conveniently Spared and to give such Order therein
as he shall think proper.

Ordered that such of the Old Close-Stools & Pans
belonging to this Hospital as are not now in Use
be sold by Mr. Trear for the use of Mr. Guys New
Hospital.

It is Referred to Mr. Trear to give Direction for the
Repaire of the Door way into Galtons Vaults out
of the High Street .
