Minutes of Last Grand Committee Read and
approved.

Ordered that Green Staffs be sent to Thomas Edwards< no role >
Francis Coulston< no role > and William Ogbourne< no role > Esqr . who are
now Chosen Governours of this Hospital.

Ordered that all the Leases heretofore Granted of
the Hospital Estate which have not yet passed the
Seal be made ready for sealing within Three months
and that all Leases which shall be hereafter Granted
be made ready for sealing within Two Months from
the Grant thereof And that an Accot. of such Leases
as shall after the said Three Months remain Unsealed
be from time to time Laid before this Comittee

Mr. Fowler one Tennt. of some New Built Houses
over agt. the Meeting House in St. Thomas's Parish
Proposed to have a Lease of the House adjoyning
Eastwards to the said New built Houses & late Hester
Batemans
< no role > for 38 Years from the End of the present
Lease which expires in 1737. And in Consideracon
thereof Proposed to take down the Old Front and to
Carry up a New Front of Brick at his own Charge But
offered no Fine or Increase of Ground Rent which is
only £2. 15s. P Ann And the Improved Rent is about
£12. P Ann Whereupon it is referred to Mr. Trear
Mr. Lade Mr. Powle Mr. Monck & Mr. Barttelott or any
two of them to View the said House & Report their
Opinion.

Mr. Saml. Parkes< no role > our Tennt. of Two Houses in
Pater Noster Rowe at the Comer of Ivy Lane One in
his own Possession and the other in the Possession
of Mr. Wilcocks Peruke maker at the Rent of £70.
P Ann whose Lease expired at Midsumer 1725.
Proposes to take a New Lease of both Houses for
One and twenty Years at the Old Rent of £70. P Ann
The Hospital putting the same into good Repaire.
or making an Allowance to him for it But he not
being fully Prepared to give an Accot. of the Charge
of Repaires Or what Proposal to make if he takes
the Repairs upon himselfe. It is Ordered That he
