possession in St. Thomas's Parish at the North
East Corner of the New Street Leading to the
Maze Pond for the like Terme as is now to Come
in Mrs. Spauns Lease being 30 years & ¼ at
Christmas next at such Rent and for such
Fine and on the Laying out such Mony in
Repaires as Mr. Trear shall Judge proper.

Ordered that Mr Trear Allowe the Charge
of the late Repaires at Mr Casbeards House
(the Minister of St. Thomas's Parish) being
£8.18s.

House late Obadiah Thomas< no role > now Clarkes at £4.
P Ann Tax free for Thirty years & a Quarter from
Christmas next (being the Terme which will be
then to come in Mrs. Span's Lease of the Houses
adjoyning) For a Fine of £12.12s. paid down And
he is to Layout £25. in Repairing of the Foundacons
& Tyleing and other necessary Repaires within
the First year
