Ordered, That Mr. Corbyson have Notice to attend next
Committee about the Pightle at Hackney : And Mr. Denn
is also to have Notice to be here at the same time.

abt. the Houses
at Gosporte


Mr. John Joules of Gosport Dyer offerred to Treat
for a Lease of 3 Houses in Gosport left to the Hospitall
by Mr. David Jones< no role > , To Comence from the Death of
Sparrow (after whose Decease the same will come to this
Hospitall) He proposed to Give £50: Fine, But is not yet
fully prepared to make any Proposition as to the Rent;
He sayes Mr Hamond a Shoemaker in Portsmouth Receives
the Rents at present for the said MrSparrow. And
promises he will talk with Hammond about the Title
Deeds, and send Word to Mr Trear or Mr Mount what
Information he shall Receive about the same

Mr. Thorpe proposes for Jacob Ewins< no role > House in Wapping
£5. P Annum and £60: FineAnd for Mr. Hardwicks House
£5 P Annum and £60: FineBoth which offerrs are thought
much less than the value.

Ordered, A Letter be sent to Mr Richardson, That the
Governors insist, That Sarah Allen< no role > should consent to the Inclosure
of the Common Feild, in which she has One here (the Tenants
giveing her the like Quantity of Ground there, or in some other
convenient place of the like or a better value) Otherwise
she will be likely to be deprived of the Shed, and the Benefitt
of Renewing her Lease hereafter. (Mr. Richardson is to
Settle it between her and the other Tenants.)

Mr. Clarke on behalfe of the Parishioners of Hackney , Proposes
to Give 30s. P Annum for the Pightle of about halfe an Acre in
Hackney near Shore -House now in Corbisons possession at 20s: P
Annum for a Lease for 21: years, with Liberty to Digg & Carry
away the Gravell, He filling up the Ground and makeing it Le [..]
with the Ground adjoyning, and of the same higth at this Ground
now is.
