Mr: Trear Reported, That He with Mr: Kenrick
& Mr: Monke; [..] had been at Parndon
in Essex, Ad had made A Distresse for the Rent
due from Edward Goldstone< no role > at Michas last, being £81:19s:06dAnd
the Distresse appeared to be were then Sufficient
to Answer the same; That the sd Goldstone
had Quitted the possession of the Farme,
And that they had Agreed with Mr: Edward
Brett
< no role > to Lett him the sd Farme for One
yeare from Michas last at the Rent of
Fifty poundsto be paid at Lady Day &
Michas next by equal percens, And
that they had put him into the possession
of the House & Farme And had Left
the Goods Distrained, under his Care,
till the same shall be Disposed of;
Which Report & the Agreemt: made
with the sd Edwd. Brett< no role > , was Approved
of by the Comittee, And Mr: Treasurer
& the sd other Gentleman are Desired
& Directed to proceed in the Dispesaing
of the sd Distresss & Raising the Rent
[..] in Arreare, out of the same in such
manner as they that Judge most propper
The Sub Comittee Reported, That they were
of Opinion, it was necessary to have the
Crowne of Galtons Vaults under part of
the First Court of this Hospll: Covered with Lead
And that a Draine should be made from the
Wards on the Northside of that Court thro
the Back Ground and the Kitchen now in our
Hospitlers possion into the Great Sewer
behind the Chappell, And the same are
Ordered to be forthwith Done accordingly.
