Three Houses in Wapping, within two years from Lady day
next according to the Contract with the said Mr Geo: Smith< no role > ,
Otherwise a Reentry is to be made, and an Ejectment to

Ordered That the Sub Committee appointed to view the
Lands at Hackney in Lease to Mrs. Cooke doe Agree with the
present Tennants for holding their respective Farmes and
Houses for One year or such other less time from Lady
day next, upon such Rents and Condicons as the said
Sub Committee shall think proper.

Ordered That it be Recomended to the Generall Court to
Give our Steward a Gratuity of £10: for his extraordinary
trouble the last year
