Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read
& Approved.

Mr. Trear acquainted this Comittee That pursuant to the
direccon of last Committee; He had demanded the Key of the
Church yard and the Vault under the Church of the Ch: Wardens
of St. Thomas's Parish , who refused to deliver the same;
Whereupon he fixed a Padlock on the Vault dore; And
desired the Committees further Direccon as to ye Church yard,
wehrein the Parishioners permitted Sheep to Graze , without
any Authority for so doeing; which being considered, The
Committee directed Mr Trear to cause the Key of the Church
yard to be Taken away, and a new Key made thereby, And
then one of the Keys is to be delivered back for the use of the
Parish, And the other kept for the use of the Hospitall
And no Money is to be hereafter paid for Buryalls of any Patients
in the said Church-yard without further Order from of Governors:
And Mr Trear is directed to give orders for sueing such
person or persons as have or shall put their Sheep to Feed
in the said Church yard

And Mr Trear also acquainted the Committee That
the Order of the last Committee For bidding Mr Casberd to
Give the use of the Pulpitt in the Morning to any Lecturer
had been Comunicated to him, and that he had promised
to observe the same

Norgate

Mr. Trear also acquainted the Committee, That he
and the Rest of the Sub Committee appointed to Treat and
Agree with Mr. Norgate for Buying in his Interest in the
Lease of Severall old Houses and a Garden in or near
Three Herring Court in St. Thomas's Parish , That they had
agreed with him for the Same, and had an Assignment of
his Interest, in Consideracon of the Sum of One hundred
pound
