Ordered That all the Tenants of the Estate at Hackney late
in Lease to Mrs. Cooke be continued for one year longer beyond
the End of their present Agreements, at the same yearly Rents,
Except Mr. Corbyson for the Pightle over against Shore House
As to which Mr. Den of Hackney is to have Notice of next
Committee, in order to make a Proposall for it. And said
Mr. Corbyson is to have notice also of that Committee.

Ordered That Green Staffs be sent to William Peer< no role >
Williams, and John Borrett< no role > Senr : Esqrs : and Sr: Mathew
Decker

It is the Opinion of this Committee, That the Holding
of a Generall Court which has been usually in December
should be deferred till sometime after Christmas.

Minutes of last Grand Committee, Read and approved.

Mr. Parsons of Tibshelfe came to Treat for a new Lease
of the Coale Delfs there, The Old Lease expired at Michas 1718
It was Granted for 21: years at £15: P annFine £150

He sayes That a Lead of Coales is 6: foot long, 4 feet
broad 5 feet high and weighs about £40: That the
Hospitall Tenants pay only 2s:4d P Load: All others pay
4s:6d

That the Beds of Coales are about 4 feet high and 4 feet
Broad; They lye about 30: or 40: yards deep: There is
a Bed of Stone between the Surface and the Coale, which they
break thro' with Gun powder, and make a Hole from ye Surface
to the Coale about 4 or 5 feet Square.

That the nearest Coale pitt to Tibshelfe is about 3 Miles
where they sell their Coales at 5s:8d. P Load at the Pits-mouth
And that if the Tibshelfe worke is Stopped our Tenants
must fetch the in Coales from thence
