Minutes of had Grand Comittee Read.

Mr: Treasurr: accquainted the Comittee, That
Mr: Joseph Parsons< no role > , who Agreed with this Comittee
the 11th. of June last for A Lease of a House in
the Old Baily , For 21: years from Michas now
last past, at £6: P Ann, Tan Tree for In Consideracon A Fine
of £40: And the Charge he was to be at in
Repaires, Had Assigned the Benefitt of the Sd.
Agreemt: to Mr. Hopkins, and Desired the
sd Lease might be made in the sd Mr: Hopkins ye
Name, which had been Done accordingly, And
the same [..] Approved by this Comittee.

The Comittee taking Notice of Mr. Stewards
Diligent Discharge of the Duly of his place,
Ordered, That it & Recomended to the next
Genrll: Court, that he may be Allowed A
Gratuity of Ten Pounds for his last yeares
Service.
