Hospitall ofter the said Sparrows death: 'Tis Ordered
that further Inquiry be made of the Rents and Condicon
of the said Houses, and of the Circumstances of the said
Sparrow and whether he'l dispose of his Estate for Life
before such Lease be Granted.

Ordered that the Brewing Back belonging to this
Hospitall be lined with Lead.

Mr. Trear. Mr. Guy, and Mr. Mount, are desired to view
our Estate in Hackney , and Report to this Committee what
what hey think is proper to be done as to the Letting
thereof.

It is Referred to Mr Mount to Settle an Agreement
with Mrs. Swaine our Tenant at Combe in Kent for a Lease
of the Small Farme lately purchased by this Hospitall
of Mrs Taylor and her son lyeing at Hastingleigh

Mr. Trear acquainted the Committee That Courts were
held at Hastingleigh and Combe aforesaid in August last
by him & Mr. Kenrick and Mr. Mount.

Mr. Cockett on behalfe of Mrs. Glovers Executors proposed
to this Committee £150: Fine and the old Rent for a new
Lease of her Houses in Wapping for 21: years, but the
Consideracon thereof is deferred till after the view
Ordered as above.
