Minutes of the last Grand Committee Read and
Approved.

Referred to Mr. Braines to Treat and Agree for Letting the
Feathers at Cheshunt , now in Lease to Mr. Norwood , upon the
best Termes he can: The Committee expects it may be Lett
at £4: P annum and £10: Fine: Or £5: P Ann without a Fine
And the Tenant to lay out what shall be necessary to put
it into Substantiall Repaire, Which Mr. Braines thinks
may be £100: And a plan is to be taken of the premisses
and annexed to the Lease.

Resolved That it be Referred to Mr Trear Mr Kenrick
and Mr. Monck (or any Two, to make Distresse for Securing
the Rent due from Goldston for his Farme in Parndon
and to take possession of it at Michas: And Lett it to such
other person as they shall think fitt: And likewise to
Settle and Apporcon our Lands in Parndon in Such
manner as they shall Judge most proper for Letting Leases
thereof.

Ordered That possession be Taken of the Lands Lett
to Pearless as Soon as may be; And that the Same be Lett
by Lease for 21: years from Michas next to Mr. Peter
Denham

Tax free: And he to bear the office of Expenditor, and
to pall all Wallscotts Etc in the Ake manner as Pearless
was to doe by his Contract: And it is Referred to Mr: Trear
to Agree with Pearlesse upon the best Terms he can for
the Arreares of Rent due from him.

Referred to Mr. Trear, Mr Kenrick, Mr Raper, and Mr
Monck to Treat and Agree for the purchase of a Small peice
of Fresh old lyeing within a Meadow belonging to this
Hospitall in Helions Bumstead.

Referred to Mr Trear Mr. Holl is Mr. Braines Mr Kendrick< no role >
and Mr Mer, or any Three, to consider of proper methods
