Referred to Mr: Trear, and any Two of the Govrs:
he thinks propper to View our Woods at Orpington
and direct a Fall of such Trees as they shall
find fitt tobe Felled.

The Comittee having received Satisfaccon That Mr:
John Foreman< no role > Decd: our late Tennt: of houses and
Ground in Hackney hath now Laid out all the
money in New Buildings which he was Obliged
to by the Covenants in his Lease and for the
Doing whereof he and Mr: Edward Olders< no role > (as
his Security) Entred into a Writing Obligatory
bearing Date the 23d: of June 1716:-It is
therefore upon the Request of the said Mr:
Oldes Ordered that the Clerke of this Hospll:
do Deliver up the said Writing to the said
Mr. Oldes to be Cancelled.

Delivered to Mr:
Oldes: 13o: July 1719}


A Generall Court it Appointed to be on
St: Georges Day next if the presidt: Approoves it
or on such other Day as he shall think
propper

The 3: Surgeons Attended this Comittee
and it Appearing upon the Complaint of Mr:
Terme and Mr. Paul That one Brathwaite who
is Servant or Apprentice to Mr: Dickenson
has by his Masters Countenance & proteccon
brought severall persons wth: him to See the
Operacons in this Hospll: who had us Right to be
there, and has done this frequent by after his
Master and himselfe had been Warned agt:
it by Mr: Trear, and more particularly That
since the late Discovery of the Dead Body
taken out of their Graves in St: Saviours
