Mr Rickaby proposes to Give £12: P Ann Tax free, for a
Lease for 42 yeares of the Bowling Green House at Hackney
and the Two Greens and Garden thereunto belonging. And to
lay out £400: in Building Two additionall Roomes and a
Brewhouse and new laying the Greens Etc. The Committee
did not approve of the Offer.

Agreed with John Holland< no role > to Grant him a Lease of the
Lyon and Lamb in St. Thomas's Parish from Midsumer
last for 11 yeares at £10. P ann Tax free; Mr Holland is to put
the premisses into good Repaire at his owne Charge and so
to keep the Same.

Poors box 2s:6d.

Ordered That an Advertizement be put into the Courant
for letting the Two Warehouses under the new Wards, And
that Bills be put upon the Doors of the said Warehouses.

Ordered That Mr Trear, Mr Halsey, Mr Mitchell,
Mr Richard Mount< no role > , Mr Samll Monck< no role > , Mr Samuell Mayo< no role > ,
Mr Fran: Moult< no role > & Mr Joseph be a Subcommittee to Settle
and Direct the payment of the Workmens Bills for the new
Buildings in the Hospitall

And it is referred to the same Committee to view the
Houses in Wapping of which new Leases aer desired by Mr
Hardwick and Mr Ewin
