And that he had agreed with Capn: Rose & Mr:Clark
his Undertenant for Exchanging & Altering the Way or passage
leading into the Ground and House now belonging to the sd Capn.
Rose in St. Thomas's parish, as directed by the last Comittee And
that he has caused A New Way to be made through a Tenement
lately held by Mr: Forster, And hath laid the sd Old Way or
Pasage into the House now in the Possion of John Marriott< no role > Glazier .

And he also Reported, That John Barnett< no role > & his Mother Mrs:
Finch; had given a Bond for £340:s:d: as ordered at the last
Comittee, And that thereupon the sd Barnett had been
discharged from his Imprisonmt: in the Compter in Southwarke.

The Physicians having represented to this Comittee, That
the Custome of giving Plumb pottage to the patients in this
Hospll. at Christmas Yearly is improper in most of the
Diseases under which they labour & has been found very
Prejudicial to many of them It is therefore Ordered, that
the same for the future be discontinued.

It is Desired that Mr: President would appoint A
General Court to be held on Wednesday the17th: or Fryday the
19th: Instant.

Mr: Beckingham our late Tenant Of Two Houses in St.
Thomas's Parish , on the South side of the Gate Way out of
the Burrough which he held with other Things by Lease
Expired at Christmas last, having had Notice to be at this
Comittee to treat for a New Lease of the sd Two Houses, And
not attending, It is Ordered That any other person or persons
be treated with for the same.

Mr. Trear acquainted the Comittee, That He had reced
Informacon of a Waste comitted by John Nicholas< no role > by felling
diverse Trees upon the Land he holds of this Hospll: in
parndon in Essex. Of which he had sent Mr: Church our
Woodreeve there to gett a more particular & exact Accompt.
Whereupon is ordered That the sd John Nicholas< no role > be prosecuted
for such Wast, in the most effectual Manner, for obtaining
a full Satisfaccon from him for the same, And to discourage
our Tenants, there from Doeing the like.

Ordered that Beds & other Furniture be provided for the
New Wards designed for Foull patients, and hat the same
be fitted up for the Receiving of patients, as soon as conveniently
may be and ti is referred to Mr. Trear to give the Need full
Direccons therein.
