Church Yard and found at the sd Brathwaites
Lodgings in Joyner Street on which Occasion he
was for bid to Come any more to this Hospll.
without Leave from the Comittee. And after
the Publick Advertizemts: there upon made by
the Governours That the said Brathwaite
did not belong to this Hospll: he has againe
Resorted in his usuall Manner to the Hospll: And
it alsoe appearing That the said Mr: Dickinson
upon Mr: Trears Expostulating with him upon
the Irregularities of the said Brathwaite &
Urging upon him to See that his said Servt: paid
a greater Regard to the Orders of the House Charged
Mr: Trear with acting partially towards him in
Favour of Mr: Ferne and Mr: Paul And Mr:
Dickinson having been heard there upon & the
whole Matter Considered by the Comittee

They Directed Mr. Dickenson at Aske Mr. Trears
pardon for what he had said as above
with Respect to him which he accordingly
did before the Comittee, And as to Brathwaite
the Declared That he had about a Fortnight agoe
intirely Discharged him from his Service And
That he should not come into the Hospll: any more
under him or in his Service: And the a the
Comittee Ordered That the said [..] waite
should not be permitted to Act any more in
this Hospll: And That if He should Take upon
him any more to Come into the Wards of this
Hospll: for the future, He shall be Obliged
by the Porters or Beadles to withdraw And it is
further Ordered that none of the Surgeons
Apprentices or pupills shall presume to bring
