of one
vill 24 May 1715:


Ordered That Two Leases he made to Mr: Slade
Instead of One Vizt: One of the house in St: Saviours
to £12. P Ann & £250. Fine And the other of
the house in St: Thomas's at £3:6s:8d: and £50.
Fine. And That a Covenant be in the First
For his paving under the Gateway.

Skingle
Remitted £15:


Mr. Skingles request for a further Allowance
of a Years Rent of £15. towards his great
Damage by the High Wind in 1707: being
Considered. It is Ordered That the said
Year's Rent be allowed him by Mr. Trear
and remitted in the Hospitalls Accompt.

Ordered That all the Buildings in this
Hospitall be Insured agt: Fire in the hand in hand
Office on Snow hill in the best manner That it
can be done. And it is referred to Mr. Trear
and any two or Three other Gentlemen of the
Comittee to Settle the same.

It is referred to Mr. Trear and any Three or
more of the Governrs: to Consider of the best way
for Supplying the Hospll. wth water which it very
much Wanted. And it being the opinion of
this Comittee, That the Erecting of a Large
Cisterne in some Convenient part of the Hospll.
will be of great Service as well in Case of Fire as
upon any Accidentall Failures of Supply of
Water by the pipes. They are to give such
Direccons and make such Agreemts. for the
Erecting of a Cifterne and now Laying of the
pipes and otherwise relating to the better
furnishing the severall parts of this Hospitall
wth water as they shall think propper.
