Thomas< no role > & Edward Hancock< no role > of Fulborne (the present
Undertennts . of Park of the Premisses) Propose £100. P
ann Rent Free from Taxes and All other Deduccons
And £500. Fine Where of £100. to be paid at Signing then
Contract £200. at Michas 1717 and £200. Residue at
Michas 1718. And to lay out £60. in Good & Substantiall
Reparacons within the First three Years They being
Allowed Rough Timber off of the Estate and £40. in
Mony towards the said Repaires out of the Last part
of their Fine.

And it was further Reported That at the last Fall
226. Oakes had been by Order Felled in Our Woods at
Parndon Vizt. 43. in Cammons Wood and 183. in
Wood hill Wood Whereof 23. Trees had been
Disposed Amongst our Tennants therefor Repaires
Vizt. to William Jennings< no role > 5. to Phillip Brett< no role > 6. to
William Skingle< no role > 11. and to Dorcas Collins< no role > 1. And
That the Remaining 203. Trees with the Barke
Faggotts and Round Wood Arising from the [..] hold
had been Sold to Severall Persons for £145.13s.4d. As
by the said Report amongst Other things therein
contained may more Particularly Appeare.

Whereupon the Comittee Considering That part
of the said Report which relates to Mr. Thomas Burgh< no role >
our Woodreeve and Game keeper at Parndon who hath
lately Purchased of Mr. Searle the Lease of Our
Underwoods in Parndon Ordered That the sd. Mr Burgh
be Discharged from the said Places it not being proper
that he should be Tennant of the said Wood and
Woodreeve at the same time And it is Referred to
Mr. Treasurer to Recomend Some other fitt Person
in his Roome

And it is likewise Referred to Mr. Treasurer and
the Rest of the Sub Comittee who made the said Report
or any Two of them to Consider how to Lay or Allott
the Lands belonging to the Mannor of Katherines
to our others Farmes This So as may be most
Convenient and Advantagious for those Farmes
This Comittee Agreeing with the said Report in
the part where in the said sub Comittee Declares
