Minutes Read and Approved.
The Renewed Order of the Comon Councill of
the 11th. of March last agt. Letting of Leases without
Notice first given in publick prints, was Read
And Mr. Trear is desired to Discourse wth: the Trears
of the other Hosplls: upon the sd. Order, And to
Report their opinion as to the Observance of it,
to this Comittee

Referred to Mr. Trear to take Mr. Dees Opinion
Whether the Qurs. Anuity of £40: P Ann. ending
Lady day last to Mrs. Anne Taylor< no role > , who Dyed
upon that day ought to be paid, And to pay it
to her Execurs. or Admrs. if he thinks it due.

It is the Opinion of this Comittee That Mrs.
Hester Bateman< no role > Assigne of A Lease to Cha: Frost< no role >
of Asmall Tenenment in St. Thomas's parish
Expiring at Midsr. 1716: ought to Answer for the
Want of Repaires at the End of the Terme And tis
referred to Mr. Treasurer to have a Vein taken by
Workmen, And Use such Methods to Oblidge her to
the same as he shall think proper.

Referred to the Committee for Altering and
Raising the Wards to Examine and settle the
Workmen's Bills and Direct Mr. Trear to pay ye
same.

Referred to the same Committee to Treat &
Agree for purchasing the Interests of the Tennants
of Houses & Ground where the New Foul Wards
are intended to be Built And to Treat & Agree
with Workmen for Building the sd. New Wards
