The Clerke Acquainted this Comtee. That pursuant to
their Order he had Attended the Tryall in Ejectmt. at Derby
Assizes agt our late Tent. Aaron Smith< no role >
of Tibshelfe, who
made no Defence, So that Judgmt. for possion of the Farme
will be had the begining of next Terme; And that A
Witt of Inquiry was Executed agt. him at the same time in
Derby, in the Action of Trespass brought agt. him for the
Mesue Profitts from 23th: of January to the first of
May last, And for 2: Trees which he had Converted
to his own Use Whereupon the Jury Allowed for the
Rent At the Rate of £39. P Ann & 26s: for the Trees
He further Acquainted the Comtee. That he had been after
with our Tent. at Tibshelfe & had Viewed the New way
made over the Upper Moore to the Duke of Devonshires
