Alledged) She was enabled to make such Surrender
but the Comittee not being Satisfied with the Validity
of the sd: Letter of Attorney It was referred to Mr:
Trear Mr: Mitchell & Mr: Powle to Consider thereof
with our Clke at his Returne from Derby Assizes
where he is now Attending upon the Tryall against
Aaron Smith< no role > our late Tennant at Tibshelfe And they
are to make such Agreemt: with her as they shall think
propper

27th: July last, to Give £35: Fine for a New Lease thereof
for 21: Yeares from the End of her Present Lease
being Mitchas 1716: Now Offered£5: more than she had
before Proposed which this Comittee Agreed to Accept
and Ordered a New Lease to be made to her accordingly

Agreed for A New Lease of the Farme now held by
Captn: Scare craving some Allowances to be made him
towards the Repaires of the sd: Farme which is in great Decay
The Lease whereby Captn: Seares holds the sd: Farme
was Ordered to be Inspected And Mr: Batcheldor is to
have the benefitt of the Covenants which Oblidge him
to Repaires And Inquiry is to be made what Timber
has been Cut downe or made Use of by Captn: Scare
with, or without Assignement from the Hospitalls
