Gratuityes to
Drs. & Surgeons
& Apothecary .}


It haveing been Practised at the End of A Warr to
make Presents to the Drs: and Chirurgeons of this House
as A Gratification for their Extraordinary Care Trouble
& Attendance by reason, of the Increase of Patients and
the Difficulty of many Cases which happen Dureing A
Warr And it being Referred by the Genll: Court of the
26th of February 1715: to this Comittee to Doe therein as
then should think propper It was upon Debate Agreed
by this Comittee That Twenty Guineas should be Given to
Each of the Drs: of this Hospitall and the like Sumes of
to Mr: Terne and Mr: Girle two of the present Surgeons
and to the Widdow of Mr: Simon Hydoubt< no role > deced late One
of the Chirurgeons of this Hospitall And that the Sume of
Fifty Pounds be Given to Mrs: Davis Administration of Mr.
John Davis< no role > deced our late Apothecary as A Gratificacon
for his Extraordinary Charge of Medicines from the Time of
his Last Allowance to his Death And for what were
Extraordinarily Used afterwards, till the Hospitall began to
prepare their own Medicines
