Minutes of last Committee read & approved.

Minutes of last Generall Court Read and the manner of
Drawing up approved.

The Committee took into Consideracon the matter referred
to them by the last Generall Court relating to the raising of
the Roofes in the Third Court and over the Foule Wards in this
Hospll: And having Veiwed the Buildings and Considered of
severall Proposalls & Plans And approved of One of the said
Plans which is marked by Mr. Trear, It is thereupon referred
to Mr. Trear Mr: Halsey, Mr. Monck Mr: Mount Mr. Malyn
Mr. Michell & Mr. Moult or any of Two of them with the
Trear to treat and Agree with Workmen for the speedy
performing of the said Worke.

Mr: Eliza: Stobart< no role > Mr Richmond, Tennt: of a small House in
the Burrough neare St: Thomas's Gate in Garters Possession
Lett as She says at £30: P Ann: Held by Lease at £3: P Ann:
Ground Rent Expiring at Midsomr: 1717: And Mr: Beckingham
Tennt: of [..] severals Houses in the Burrow and in [..] at the Southwest Corner of
St: Thomas's Gateway Lett at £13:6s:8d P Ann: Held by Lease
expiring at Xmas 1717: at £13:06s:08d: P Ann: Ground Rent
Desiring severally to renew It was referred to Mr. Trear
Mr: Halsy Mr. Mount, Mr: Hollis, Mr: Malyn & Mr. Mitchell
Or any Three of them to Veiw the Prmisses and Report
their Opinion thereupon.

Mr: Foreman was Heard And is Ordered to Give Security
within a Fortnight to the Satisfaction of Mr: Trear for the Laying
out of the-£600: in New Building within a Yeare and to
Pay the Charges already incurred; Otherwise a Bill in
Chancery is to be brought to Foreclose his Lease And
he is not to receive any of the Rents in case he failes to
Giving such Security.

The Hospll: having been very ill served with water
cheifly occationed by the small Bore of the Pipes It is
referred to Mr. Treasurr . and Mr. halse if to Treat & Agree
f [..] in larging the Pipes [..] Laying New Pipes is such
