And that the Dukes Steward had Promised to Inquire
into it & to give [..] Direccons for Discontinuing the Use of it
And he Laid before the Comtee. sevall Requests &
Complaints made by our Tents. at Tibshelfe & Mr.
Richardson our Receiver there All which are Referred
to the Consideracon of Mr Trear Mr Mitchell & Mr.
Powle, who are to Give such Orders touching the same
as They shall think propper, Reporting what they
doe therein to this Comtee.

Referred to Mr: Trear & such other Govrs as He
shall think fitt to view & Consider to whome the
Bank & Ditch belongs, Lying between the Hospitalls
Part of the Piglitle in Hackney now in Lease to
Mrs. Cooke & the Land late Mr Sykes now
belonging to Mr. Gawthorne And to Inquire
Pticulerly whether there was not anciently & till
lately A Ditch on Mr. Sykes's Side of the Bank,
& no Ditch on the Hospitalls Side, Or whether there
ought not to be A Ditch on Each side.

Mr Trear Reported That He & Mr Gunstone Mr. Dolins
Mr Mitchell Mr Hollis & Mr. Mayo, had viewed
the Field in Hackney out of which Mr Denn at ye
Last Comtee. of abt. halfe an Acre for New Building
And find the whole Field to Containe 5A:2R:35P:
or thereabts. That the peice he would have a Lease of
Lyes at the North West Corner of the said Feild
fronting towds. the North upon Morning Lane And
towards the west upon the Way or Passage leading
from the sd. Lane to the Bowling Greene house And
Containes 165: foot in front towds. the sd. Lane and
132: foot in Depth:

They are of Opinion this Field is A propper place to
be built upon & think that so much as Mr. Denn requires
may be worth 40s. P Ann Rent for A Lease of 51: yeares
