sd Mr: Collier.And a Pticuler Report
of their Observacons touching the sd Near
Wall, and also the sd peice od Saltings, and
also touching the New House to be Built
by the sd Mr: Collier and the Trees which
he ought to plant by vertue of the Covents.
in his Lease, Was now Read.
Ordered that the Consideracon of what
relates to the sd Mr: Collier be adjourned
to next Comittee. And as to what relates
to the sd peice of Saltings, it is Referred
to Mr. Trear to discourse with the sd Mr.
Allen and to direct what he shall think
proper to be done for Recovering thereof
