to give such Recom pence as they shall think
reasonable to Mr. Adamson for the use which
hath been or shall be made of his Cold Bath
in the parke, by the patients of this Hospll:

Mr. Trear Reported that he & Mr: Llyde &
Mr. Micklethwaite had on Wensday 18: instant
Taken a View of our Farme & Lands at Somerton
in Sunbury in Middx , in Possession of Capt. Isaac
G: St: Eloy and they Estimate the House with
the Two Gardens Two Barnes Pidgeon House Stable
& other Out houses at £40. P Ann and the Land
being about 48: Acres lyeing in the Comon Feild
they Estimate at £20. P Ann. And that there
will be Fifteen Years to come in the present Lease
at Michas next at £10. P Ann.

Whereupon the Question being put, Whether
this Comittee will Treat with the sd Capt. St.
Eloy for Renewing the sd Lease, notwithstanding
to much of the Terme is yet in being, This
Comittee is of Opinion [..] to Treat with
him in regard the greaten part of the premises
consids of Buildings;

And it is Ordered that the sd Capt : Sr : Eloy
as also Mr: Sands Mr: Kickley & Mr: Gee:
have Notice to attend at another Comittee.

Mr. Stevens attended abt: the Ground in the
New Street for which he made a proposall
at the last Comittee, and said that he had
nothing further to offer then what he proposed
at that Comittee which offer was now refused.

Mr. George Smith< no role > Bricklayer Agreed with
this Comittee for a Lease of the sd Ground
containing abt.: Sixty Two foot in Front lying
