Esqr: Aleyn who Claimes the Salting [..]
called pullocks Hills, lyeing without the Hospll.
Marsh Walls in Alvethley which the Govrs: apprehended
to be the Inheritance of the Hospll: Attended
at this Comittee and produced a Bargaine
& Sale Inrolled in Chancery made in the
Yeare 1664: by [..] which it appeares
that Sr: Wm. Ayloffe< no role > Barrtt : & al: Conveyed
the sd Saltings by Name containing abt:
16: Acres, to the Use of Mr. Gyles Aleyn
& his heires, (int al:) And he alleadges
a Fine was then Levyed to the same Uses
and that Possession has ever since gone
according to that Deed, under which he
now Claimes the sd Saltings, and insists
upon his Title. Whereupon it is
Ordered that it be Referred to Mr. Trear
to Advise upon the Cases, and direct
what may be propper to be done for
Recovery thereof, and for preventing the
sd Mr: Aleyns Tennt: from Making Use of
a Way to the sd Saltings, over the
Hospitall Marshes.

A Certificate in behalf of Wm: Browne< no role >
a Young Surgeon , who desires to Serve
Mr. Ferne, [..] was Read & approved and
he Admitted for a Yeares to be present &
Assisting at the Dressings in this Hospll.
Dr. Peacky pray'd an Allowance for Money
laid out by him in Row Lane , but the
