Mr. Trear Reported that he with
Mr. Halsey Major Cooke & Mr Cole, have
since the last Comittee Viewed the House &
Land at Sunbury now in Lease to Capt St: Eloy
and upon a Strick Exaiacon into the
Value thereof, are of Opinion, that the
House with the Barnes Stables Out houses
& Gardens are not worth more then £40: P
Ann. And that the Land being abt. 48: 4 [..] Acres
lyeing in the Comon Feild is not worth
more then £20: P Ann: And that the
£230: proposed by the sd Capt St. Eloy to
be given as a Fine for a new Lease for 21:
Yeares after the Expiracon of his prent
Lease wherein are abt. 15 Yeares to
come, is as much as can be reasonable
expected for the same, And that they
find the sd Capt: St: Eloy hell already
made some Improvemt. on the Estate, and
deserves all reasonable Encouragemt:
Whereupon this Comittee declared themself
confirmed in their Opinion [..] taken at
the last Comittee in relacon to the New
Lease desired by him.

Ordered that a Green Staffe be sent
to Sr: Benjamin Green< no role > Knt . One of the
present Sheriffs.
