, the Lease whereof
expires at Michas 1711: And also of the
proceedings at the sd Courts, and more
Pticulerly that Three small Coppy hold
Estates in the Manner of Topcliffes had
been ordered to be Seized into the hands of
the Lords no persons having come to Take
up the same, after three proclamacons
Which Report was well liked & Approved
by this Comittee. And 'tis Ordered, that
if any persons having Right to the Estates
so Seized, desire to have the same Restored
It is referred to Mr. Trear to Treat &
Agree with them touching the same.

Tenmt: of Lands at Alvethley
in Essex, and
had also view'd a peice of Saltings or
Out Marsh containing abt. 10: or 12: Acres
lying without the Hospll. Marsh Walls next
Wennington Creek now in Possion of one Mr.
Grant as Tannt
