Eyton
< no role > Mr. Depty. Tooley Mr. Serocold & Mr: Cooper
he 23th. day of June last Of the Houses in Row
Lane & Brasing Lane lately Devised to this Hospll by
wee have Lett the House late in Mr. Parison's possession to Edward [..]
for Eleaven years from Michas next at Twelve pounds P Ann He is Enter
prsently and to take it in the Condicon it is now and the Lights and Waterman
(if any) belonging to the Houses Adjoyneing to Continue as they now are
He Gave 2s:6d for the poors Box

Wee are of Opinion his Necessary the Kennell next Dr. Peachys House in
Robin Hood< no role > Court be taken up and made to Run at further Distance from
the House Wall in a Stone Gutter with posts and planks for the better security
the Wall, and that part of the wall be repaired, And that the
weather Boarding at the Top of the House should be primed.

Wee find that the Tallow Chandlers House will Cost about £24
Necessary Repaires: And it is our Opinion that if Mr. Tayler the present
Tennant will take a Lease for 11: or 12: Yeares at £10 P Ann He should
putt the House into Repaire But if he'll take it at £18 P And the
Hospitall should doe the Repaires.

Wee think it necessary That a Ground Plott be made of these Houses And
that a Particular Enquiry be made about the Roome used with
Goddards House in Basing Lane And lyeing over part of Doctor
Peachy's House whether it be not an Incroahment upon Mr: [..]
Ground The like about the Yard Used with Goddard House.
