Upon the Reading of which Report This Comittee
Approved & Confirmed the Agreement therein
menoned to be made with Mr. Edward Givynn< no role >
And Doctor peaihy attending was Called in & being
heard touching such part of the sd Report as
relates to his House, It is Ordered that the
further Consideracon of that matter be Referred
till the writings are delivered by Mr: Parsons's Exe [..]
and that Doct Hamiltons Lease may be seen
Mr. Taylor also attending was called in & heard And
the Comittee thereupon Resolved & accquinted him,
That unless he'l give £16 P Ann: for a Terme of
11: years & put the House into Repaire at his our
Charge Or take a Lease at £18 & Ann, the Hospll:
putting the House into Repaire; They expect he
should forthwith put it into Repaire according to
his Old Lease and Quitt the possession; Mr. Taylor
replyed, that he would rather leave the House,
then comply with these Terms.

Mr. Treasur: & accquainted the Comittee, that Mr:
[..] Edward Rovey< no role > has given One Hundred pounds for
the use of this Hospll: and that by [..] direccon of
the president Mr: Trear had sent him a Staffe
& desired him to be a Governor : which the Comittee
approved of, and ordered their Thanks to Mr. Borcy
for this Benefaccon.

A Gentleman attending from Madm. Cooke our
Tennt: of Lands for Hackney & making some
proposalls Revewing Two of the Lease granted
to he Ordered that these proposalls be reduced
into writing & then offered to this Comittee or
the Genllr : Court

Ordered that it be Referred to Mr. Trear Mr.
