Agreed that the Intended New Street be
not less then Sixteen Foot nor more then
18: foot wide.

Apporconmt: of
Rents there.}


And that the Rent for the Ground & Houses
now in Lease to Mrs. Ratcliffe and those in
Lease to Mrs. Derran. together, with about
6: foot of the Ground now or late in Lease to Jackson
so as to make a straik Line from the North
end of Ratcliffes Ground, be £8:16s: p ann
and to much if Patricks Ground as lyes
before Ratcliffes houses, and shall be left
out of the Street is to be included in this
Ground Rent.

Agreed also that the Rent of the Houses
late in Lease to Jackson (reserving about 6
foot at the South end [..] make Ratcliffs
Ground range upon a Straik Line as above)
be £5:10s: P Ann: which is (the Old Rent)

Vaults under
the Church}


Ordered that pursueant to former Orders.
the Way between the Two Vaults under the
Church be forthwith Stopped up, And that the
Inner Vault next to the Hospll: be reserved
& kept for the Use or benefitt of the Hospll:
And that the Doors & Stepps [..] to the Outer
Vault be forthwith made, And this Comittee
will consider how farr the same shall be
Appropriated to the Use of the parish and
on what Termes, but in the meane time no
person is to be Buried there.

Hester referred to
Trear.}


Ordered that it be Referred to Mr. Trear to
make Mr. Hester such Allowance or Abortemt. as he
shall think propper for the Damage received [..]
