be a Kitchin pantry Cellar & other propper and
Convenient Office, with One of two Apoted Vaults, and that
the vaults & 8: foot & ½ Cleare in highth and the
Rest of that Floore Answerable thereto.

That the First Storey be 10: f: Cleare and that on
the inside next the Hospl. be a piazza with stone pillars
to Range with the Piazza under the Church, and that
the Outside next St. Thomas's Street shall Range
within 16: Inches or thereabouts of the Church, And
[..] That provision be made for a Gateway and
passage into the Hospll. and a porters Lodge.

That the Second Storey be 12: f: Clease, and that
on this Floore be a Comittee Roome & A Compling
House or Book House [..] for the Keeping &
preserving the Books Evidences & Uritings belongings to
this Hospll:

That the third Storey be 10: f Cleare and
the Garretts 7: foot

The Joysts to be as deep as the Girders
The first Floore to be of Oake and all the Rest
of the Floors and the Roofe to be of the best yellow
first.

That Mr. Christopher Johns< no role > be the Bricklayer And
that he shall have the Bricks & Tyles of the Old
Building for Twenty Five Pounds, And shall be
allowed Six Pounds & Rodd for the New Brickworke
He Faceing the Front next St. Thomas's with steck
Bricks, and the other Front with Rubbed Quoines &
Arches, and Digging & Clearing the Ground at his
own, Charge. And that the shall be allowed
Thirty shillings P Square for the Tyleing, The Laths
to be of Oake And no Samill Tyles upon which
Terms the sd. Mr. Johns Consented & Agreed to performe
this Worke.

That Mr: Report Calentt be the Carpenter and that
he shall have all the Materialls of the Old Buildings
for seventy five pounds Except the Stone Worke & Stone spurrs about the Gate way
