Dr. Coney of Rochester Assignee of Mrs. Fidge our late
Tennt: of Two Tenemt at Bully Hill neare Rochester
upon Lease wherein are about Ten yeares to come at £8 P Ann accquainty the Committee, that the sd Tenemts: are very
much decayed & Ruinous & want to be Rebuild, and
proposes to Treat for a New Lease & to Rebuild, the
sd Tenemt: Where upon it is Ordered that a View
be forthwith taken of the sd Tenemts and Report
made to this Comittee, what Condicon: they are now
in, and what is fitt to be done as to Granting of
a New Lease & upon what Terms:

Mr: Trear Reported that he recd a Letter by the
Port, without any Name, Dated 25o: June last Informing
him That Mr: Henry Collyer< no role > our Tenmt: of Lands at
Alvethley in Essex, had Felled this last Spring about
Fourstone Oakes and last yeare all the best of the Elmes
growing upon the sd Lands and Comented the same to
his own Use which Letter was now Read And Mr
Trear accquainted the Committe that he & Mr Cooper
& Mr Hooper went downe Shither last Saturday, and
upon a View there found, That is the Wood or Grove
calledthe sd Collyer had Felled Fifty
Seaven Young Oakes, many of which we saw lyeing
in his Yard at the March Foot House, And that he
had Cutt downe Since his Lease Six or Seven large
Elmes growing in the Hedge Rowes of the Lands Lett by him
tolyeing near the Church, and that [..] the had
taken to his own life 4: or 5 more Elmes blowne down
upon those Lands in the Great Stone All which he had
done without Lycence from the Hospll: in breach of the Corts
in his Lease And they also found that the March wall
next purfleet point was very Ruinous & income pleasure
