Whereupon its ordered that a view he
forthwith taken of this House, and Mr. Trear
Sr. James Eyton< no role > Depty. Mr. Cooper Mr. Cole
& Mr. Serocold or any Three of them are desired
to goe upon this View, and to Report their
Opinion.

They are desired likewise to view the House
adjoyning in possession of Mr. Tayler , Tallow Chand
& Report their Opinion of the yearly value
And it is Referred to Mr. Trear to Lett the Empty
House late in Mr. Parson's possession, if [..]
any Tennt: presently before the meeting of the
aforesaid sub Comittee, at £12 P Ann: And if not
Lett before that Comittee meets Then it is
Referred to that Comitte to Lett the same
upon such Terms as they shall think propper.

Mr. Garrett proposes £20: Five for making up
his Lease in which are abt 14 : years to come
to 51: years and to new Build upon the Ground
which the Comittee refused

A Complaint was made agt. Debosah Covell< no role >
[..] The Nurse of Susannah Wards, for Nursing
patients out of the House, and for prepareing
Medicines & Physick in the Houses, & Letting
patiently Blood here upon & upon Hearing
her & the Sister, & Mr. Finch & the Apothecary 's
man, the Comittee Ordered That the sd De [..]
Covell be Discharged from the Service of this
Hospitall.
