Mr. Trear accquainted the Comittee That Mr.
Comber han [..] paid all his Fine, and Arreares
of Rent, [..] He with Mr. D' Orvile Mr:
Baker & Mr. Marshall had viewed & Measured
the Ground agreed to be Demised to Mr. Stevens
whose Interest was now vested in the sd. Mr.
Comber, lyeing on the East side of Black man
Street in Southwarke, and found it Deficient
in Measure as Mr. Comber had represented by
his Peticon to the last Genrll. Court, And the
Comittee having heard the sd. Mr. Comber, &
considered his Case, and having a Pticular
reqard to the Great sume of Money laid out by
him in New Buildings upon the sd Ground beyond
what the Contract Obliged, or required, Are of
Opinion, that he should have Twenty yeares
Added to his present Termes, and that the
same shall be Reported to next Genrll: Court
Mr. Smiths Request for an Addicon of Yeares to
his Lease upon his proposall to Lay out about
£ [..] : in new Building was Refused.

Ordered to be Reported to next Genrll: Court, as fitt
to be a Standing Order. That no New Leases should be
Granted till the Old Leases are within Three yeares
of Expiring, Except of Houses & Ground in Sr. Thomas's
parish, Ner for more then One & Twenty yeares
Except in Cases of New Building .

Ordered that Capt. St. Eloy our Temt : of Lands
& at Sunbury in Middx shall have four Lease of
Elme Timber now lyeing neare his Garden Wall
to dispose of as he thinks fitt, He buildings a New
Burne upon some part of the sd Land, which he
agreed to done.
