Which expires at Michas 1705 Shall have a
New Lease or such other Pson as he shall Nominate Of the sd. other Two Houses lyeing in
Church Yard Alley For One & twenty Years from
Michas which will be in the sd. Yeare of our
Lord 1705: And he is to put the sd. Two Houses
into Repaire at his own Charge:And it is Agreed
that this Lease shall be made to dry other pson [..]

And whereas the sd John Reeve< no role > is Interested in
severall Old Tenemts: within the Parish lyeing under
The Two pumps and adjoyneing to part of the
Old Houses lately Surrendred by Mr: Tho: Briscoe< no role >
Which are all very much Decayed and in the
Opinion of this Comittee may be Improved by
being Lett together for New Building This
Comittee hath therefore Agreed with the sd
John Reeve< no role > for a Surrender of his Lease of the
sd. Old Houses wherein were four Years to come
at Michas last, And to pay him Twelve
Pounds Six shillings & Six pence in Conrn: of
the sd. Surrender.

Agreed with Joshua Cowles< no role > our Tenmt: of a
Brick house in St. Thomas's Street That he
shall have a Lease of the sd. House for One &
Twenty Yeares from Lady day last at the Rent
of £3:6s P Ann in Contr. of a Fine of Five
& Twenty pounds to be paid within a Week and
of Five & Twenty pounds to be paid out within
a Yeare in Repaires. He is to permit Mr. Hard
to enjoy the Lights booking into the Yard if this
House only setting up a Blind at the bottom abt.
One Foot & halfe in hight, and the Water of
Mr: Hards house is to have a passage Horough
the sd. Yard as former by And the Yard was inclosed
by Mr. Ward is to be enjoyed by him, and Mr. Cowle
is to Submit to such directions touching the Small
Mr. Trear shall think till to give.
