the 23th day of February last which ground [..]
agreed for containes Eighteen foot in breadth in the
Front next the sd new intended Street, and the
same width in the Rease, and is of the same depth
with the sd other Ground already Lett, For the Terme
of Fifty One yeares from Lady day last At
[..] & Forty shillings P Ann: He is to lay out Three
Hundred Fifty poundsat the least in Building
of Two new Brick Mesuages or Tenemts. of the second
Rate appointed for Building of Houses in London upon this Ground
and the other Ground already Lett to him as aforesd
within One yeare, The Fronts whereof are to be
placed towards the sd new intended Street, & to be
made in such manner for the Conveniency &
uniformity of the [..] sd Street & the Building [..] Street as
the Comittee or Mr. Trear shall direct, This &
the sd other Ground are to be Granted in One
Lease, wherein all usuall & Reasonable Covents
& pro [..] are to be incerted.

The Place of One of the Beadles of this Hospll: being
Vacant by the Death of William Ansell< no role > Severall
persons presented peticons, praying that they might
be Admitted to succed him Vizt John Reynolds< no role >
Richard Wilson< no role > & James Carr< no role > , whose peticons being
Read & Considered, The Comittee thought fitt to adjour [..]
the Choice till next Comittee.
