Vault has been wholly

which were lett to him the 14th: of October & the 18th: Decr. 1702
under the Advicon all Rent of £8: P Ann Comenceing from Lady day
last for the Remainder of the Terme granted in the said other Vault
He is to have the Use of the Way leading to this Vault under the
Porters Lodge till Michas 1705: And then a Way is to be made at
the Hosplls Charge at the End of this Vault next to the Vault now
in Mr. Violetts possession And the Way under the Porters Lodge is from
thenceforth to be stopped up. And in regard of the Damage he has
recd by the Raine He is to be Remitted 15: of the Rent Due at [..]
Mr Trear reported that he had stated the Case about
the Vault under the Church & the G [..] Right
to the Chancell, and of placeing the poor in the
Church (if they should think fitt) and of placeing
& Sealing the parishon And had taken the
Opinion of Doctor Oldys therein, which Case &
Opinion were Read, and Ordered to be Reported
to the Generall Court in order to be Entered in the
Reported.

A Peticon of Mr. Baily was Read, Complaining That
Mr. Finch our Receiver, about Twenty yeares agoe. received £12: of
her, which he pretended was due from her to this Hospll: for some
Tenemt: she held by Lease, when in truth nothing was due, and
that he has detained it ever since, & praying the Contn. of the
Comittee therein Whereupon she & her witnesses being heard &
Mr: Finch being also heard, and the matter fully Examined The
Committee Declared, they lookt upon this Complaint to be Ground lesse
and Rejected the Peticon.

Mr: Trear accquainting the Comittee That Mr. Comber has
paid the Remainder of his Fine for the Lease of his
Ground in Blackman Street , and also Cleared the Rent to
Michas last, It is Ordered That it be Referred to Mr:
Trear Mr. D' Orville Mr Marshall & Mr: Baker or any
Two of them, to Measure the sd Ground and to Report
how they find the same And then this Committee will
Consider of Mr Combers Complaint Referred to then
by the General Court touching his want of ground
